Hello! My name is Leticia Diaz and I am hairstylist and owner of Hairapy Salon. Not only am I a hairstylist but a mother of 2 beautiful kids, Victor and Lorena. I’m a wife to my supportive husband Victor Sr. who I’ve been married to for the past 9 years. I am a Grand Junction based hairstylist that loves being in a single chair salon. I have been behind the chair for the past 12 years. My education was at The Salon Professional Academy where I graduated as a Level 4 stylist and where I worked with Redken. After graduating my career began as a assistant at Estilos Salon where I was able to learn and love Aveda color and product. With assisting and working with 10+ stylist I was able to hone in on my craft. I worked my way from commission to booth rent at Estilos where I worked for 7 years. My professional journey then led me to my single chair room at Aero Studios. During my independence I was nominated for the Best of the West Hairstylist coming in Gold for 2020 and 2021 and bronze for 2022 and 2023. With loving my independence I had the amazing opportunity to relocate near down town Grand Junction. My space is still a single chair salon but with more room of a independent studio. My clients love the private environment just as much as me and I’m happy to provide that. I plan to keep evolving professionally for myself and my clients. My top priority is to keep up with my education and to use the best quality products for my clients. My mission behind the chair is to help my clients look and feel good from the inside out. I want to leave my clients feeling better then when they walked in the door. I do the best of my abilities with the knowledge that I have gained over the years. Nothing brings me greater joy in my career then to serve this community of amazing people. This community has helped me grow and sustain this business for the past 12 years and I plan on many more.
